The Hana Road Difference

thedifference

We are a music-loving, artist-first independent music company.  Our sole purpose is helping artists succeed in today’s music business.

Our approach: Music + Influence + Technology

We invest in the entirety of our artists’ careers, from funding, operational support and multi-platinum experience, to expertise that goes far beyond the music industry. We have an exclusive roster of clients and team members because where much of the industry stops serving their artists is where we hit the gas. You need to go somewhere in the music business and we’ll get you there.

The Hana Road is founded on a principle that artist discovery, business management, A&R, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Licensing, the 360 Deal and essentially all aspects of having a thriving music career and business must re-imagined for success in 2016 and not based on antiquated practices or obsolete technologies. Our business is about capitalizing on the technology and advances of today, while emphasizing our legendary A&R experience that keeps music at our core.

Our Backstory

hana

The Hana Road Music Group is a global independent music company founded in Montreux, Switzerland and is a trade mark of Hanamusic SARL. The company began as Hanamusic SARL, where our founders’ intense passion for music led them to develop a state-of-the-art recording studio where platinum-selling pop stars record hits, to the production of world anthems and albums.

While working with various labels, management and talent, they felt as though there was a gap in the music business for an artist-centric, full-service, independent music company that guides the success of talent in today’s music industry. This is what led to the development of The Hana Road Music Group.
